-Payment through PayPal, CashApp or venmo USD and DA points-full payment is expected after sketch-I can provide comm updates if requested-please provide a clear (not severely pixelated) visual reference of the character with any other features you would like added-commissions may take at least a week before completion as I am in college
-you may not claim the art as your own (created by you) and reposts onto your personal page are not tolerated, even with credit (ex. uploading the artwork you commissioned from me onto your Instagram page)-uploading the commissioned works to a platform to document character art (like Toyhou.se) is ok-must give proper credit when necessary-Do not edit, trace, draw over, heavily reference or change my art in any way, doing so may result in blacklisting-you will receive the art through sta.sh by default, but I can send it over email, Toyhou.se transfer, etc. upon request-I reserve the right to decline any commission asked for
design TOS
-cannot re-sell design for more than you bought it for unless it has added value
(i.e. commissioned art, writing, etc...)-do not ever claim design as having been made by you-always credit me for design when needed-even after a redesign, always credit me for the original design-you must have a toyhou.se account to own a design from me (sorry but it is a way for me to keep track of everything)-if i find that you violate any of the above, you may be blacklisted
